Face It
Name the storm out loud. No softening it, no spiritualizing it. We get honest about where you actually are.
Faith-rooted coaching for people who are done waiting for the weather to change. The fastest way out is through.
Why the buffalo
Storms roll across Colorado from west to east, every time. The cattle see the clouds building over the Rockies and do the natural thing — they run east, away from it.
They are not fast enough. The storm catches them and rolls with them, and because they are running in the same direction the weather is moving, they stay inside it for hours. Their instinct is what keeps them in the rain.
The buffalo does the opposite. He waits at the base of the mountain, and when the storm breaks he charges straight west into it. Head down. Into the wind, into the hail, into the worst of it. He takes the full force at the front — and he is through it in minutes.
Same storm. Same plains. Two completely different amounts of suffering. The difference was never strength or luck. It was direction.
Consider it pure joy, my brothers and sisters, whenever you face trials of many kinds, because you know that the testing of your faith produces perseverance. James 1:2–3
Every person I coach arrives with a storm already on the horizon. A business that has stalled. A marriage running on fumes. A calling they have been outrunning for years. My job is not to talk you out of the storm. It is to turn you around and put your head down.

Turn into the wind. We build the plan, set the standard, and take the first hard step this week — not someday.
The middle is where most people quit. This is the accountability stretch: weekly contact, real numbers, no drifting.
You come out the other side changed, with proof. Then you turn around and hand the map to someone still in the rain.
